Competitions
Challenge. Grow.
Celebrate.
Ninja competitions give athletes the opportunity to put their strength, coordination, and confidence to the test — in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re just starting or aiming for the podium, our competition programs help kids grow, learn resilience, and build community.
WHY COMPETE?
More than medals — real growth
Competitions teach kids:
- How to prepare and focus
- How to face challenges with confidence
- How to push beyond their limits
- How to support teammates on and off the course
Success in competition isn’t only about finishing first — it’s about doing your personal best and learning from every run.

Real Stories.
Real Confidence
We didn’t come to Steel City Ninja to create a competitor — we came to help our son grow. What we found was a place that builds confidence, focus, and resilience through movement and play. The ninja training has become a springboard for his attitude at school, his willingness to try new things, and his belief in himself. We’re so grateful for a program that sees the whole child, not just the athlete.

I am so glad we chose Steel City Ninja for my son’s 4th birthday party. It was his first friends party & it was absolutely perfect! It was a great facility as we had the whole place to ourselves, really great SAFE environment for the kids to have a blast & make lasting memories. Coach Chris & Leah were extremely accommodating and such fun instructors for the kiddos! We will be back, my daughter has insisted hers is there next year already! Thanks to Scott & his team!

I took my three boys (ages 9, 7, and 4) to a session with owner Scott and they had an absolute blast. They got to explore the gym while also getting individualized instruction. Scott is experienced, has high standards for doing things correctly and respectful behavior, but also has a lot of fun with the kids (and I was super impressed by his ability to call them all by name!). The only negative (not really about the gym) is that the sign-up process online is a bit confusing – but Scott is very kind and flexible with getting things set up correctly for you. We’ll be back again, I’m sure!
