By using the Steel City Ninja website and services, you agree to the following terms:
- Acceptance of Terms By accessing https://steelcityninja.com or participating in any activities at our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
- Health and Safety / Waivers
- All participants must sign a Liability Waiver before using the gym.
- Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- You acknowledge that Ninja Warrior training involves physical risks. You certify that you are in good health and have no conditions that would make participation dangerous.
- Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Payments for classes, camps, and parties are required in advance.
- Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at the time of booking (e.g., 24-48 hours) to be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
Code of Conduct We reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises or cancel their membership if they exhibit behavior that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to others.
Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Steel City Ninja and may not be used without written permission.
- Limitation of Liability Steel City Ninja shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in gym activities beyond the scope of our insurance coverage.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
